The second wave of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) continues to evolve and impact the world as well as the communities in which we serve. Arcola First Bank, First Federal Bank of Tuscola, and Arthur Community Bank remain committed in maintaining our high level of customer service and support to our customers and communities as they are affected by the pandemic. The health and safety of our customers, staff and communities remain a top priority.

As concerns continue to develop with this second wave of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we are dedicated to doing what is best for all involved. With that, and out of an abundance of caution, we are temporarily suspending lobby services at all branch locations beginning Monday, November 30th until further notice. Transactions that require face to face meetings such as loan closings, certificate of deposit renewals and other similar transactions will continue, but by appointment only.

While we plan to return to normal lobby operations as soon as possible, this timeline is dependent on the ongoing public health conditions in the areas we serve. While our lobby operations are closed, we encourage our customers to utilize the various electronic banking measures the bank provides such as our mobile banking app, remote deposit features, online banking, online bill payment and ATM’s. Our online and mobile products allow you to manage your finances and control matters from the comfort of home.
